It always seems impossible until it‘s done.

在事情未完成之前，一切都看似不可能。

When I was young, once I had to lift a bag of vegetables up to the truck, it seemed too big and too heavy, I thought I couldn‘t manage it.

But when I lifted it onto my shoulder, it was not so heavy as I had thought.

That experience taught me some things and is very useful in the later years.

In most cases, we are defeated by the difficulties just because we lose the confidence in ourselves.

So, don‘t be afraid of failing, just do, then we will know our strength, which may be a surprise.

Life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it.

生活的一成是发生在我身上的事情，剩下的九成都取决于我如何应对。
