1. 502.1 Internal Server Error Handle svc-Integraged has a bad module ManagedPipelineHandle
解决方法：此种情况可能是先安装了NetFramework 后安装iis 执行 C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i 即可

2. 404.3 not found
解决方法：执行 C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.0\Windows Communication Foundation\ServiceModelreg.exe -i(-vi为检查安装情况)
