就在 前两天，ORACLE的Exadata家族又发布了一个新成员：SL6。 变化上给人最直观的感觉是：从以前的X86架构变成了SPARC架构。

Exadata Database Machine SL6:.

Exadata SL6 is the newest addition to the Exadata family. Exadata SL6 uses SPARC M7 processors, the world‘s fastest processor with unique Software in Silicon innovations, and runs Oracle Linux operating system.

Exadata Database Machine SL6 delivers the fastest performance for all database workloads in the most cost efficient manner while improving ensuring the reliability and availability customers expect from an Exadata Database Machine.

SL6也有1/8、1/4、1/2 的架构，但没有满配：

计算节点配置：

硬件架构与存储软件的兼容性关系：

SL6以前的硬件架构，计算节点和存储节点的存储软件版本是相同的版本，但从这个图表来看，SL6的计算节点为12.1.2.4.0;而存储节点为12.2.1.1.0及以上版本…. 这个暂时没太明白，为什么会是这样？
