1·浏览器在使用width，height属性缩放时，仍需要下载整个大图，因此，最好不要直接使用width，height属性来调整图片打小。

2.alt属性时<img>元素中的必要属性。

3.<meta charset="UTF-8">　　"UTF-8"是unicode系列中的一个编码。

　　采用unicode 字符编码，一种编码就可以表示所有语言。

4.设置字体颜色时，链接的颜色没有改变。

5.字体设置： font-family : "宋体", "Conrier New", Arial,  sans-serif;

6.Google字体服务： http://www.google.com/webfonts

　　只需链接到你想要的字体，然后就可以在css中使用字体名了。

7.使用粗体：　　font-weight: bold; (normal).

   使用斜体：　　font-style: italic;

　文字装饰：　　text-decoration: underline overlline line-through; 　　(none)  可用于取消<a>元素的装饰。

　　注： <del>标记为删除        <ins>标记为插入（下划线）
