repo 全称 repository, 存储库， how to do it?

git clone https://github.com/tzutalin/labelImg.git  (for example)

所以有的教程内容并没有写这些，但是你还不知道的时候就是坑啊！

另外，遇到执行.py文件的遇到permission denied时，则需要赋予其一定的权限，设置文件属性
