使用GPIB Interactive Control工具

1. 获得gpib interface的handler

ibfind gpib0

2. 设置当前的gpib0为SC（system controller）

A. ibconfig 

B. 选择10

C. 输入1

3. 设置当前的gpib0为CIC（controll in charge）

ibsic（488.1） 或 sendifc（488.2）

4. 监听对应的Primary Address（不是gpib0或gpib1里面的0和1）

ibln（488.1）或 findlstn（488.2）
