1. Infrstructual : Developer only have 1 workstation normally and not able to recreate the env of architecual tiers, load balancer topology in production
2. Supportive runtime version : .net runtime supported in the application is different from the one installed in production servers
3. Ease the deployment : variation in configuration
4. Consistency: all instances are identical when avoid deploy each one individual with manual steps or intervention
