几点总结：

(1) 每当操作需要切换row时，即需要precharge；

(2) 为了与spec的描述一致，可以认为precharge是针对bank的操作；precharge把bank置于idle状态；

(3) active命令附带refresh某个row的功能；该refresh需要时间，该时间即为 tRAS；

(4) tRCD为把Cell Matrix的内容搬到Sense Amplifier所需的时间；它与row refresh是不相干的，因此两者时间上可以重叠。
