直接去:https://packagecontrol.io/installation搜索插件,插件一般会有个git网址(格式化html的插件可以用这个:https://github.com/victorporof/Sublime-HTMLPrettify),下载后放到"Preferences->浏览程序包"下面,重启sublime,在"工具"下就可以看到这个新安装的插件了.
