1，先下载一个github
2,去github上上传文件

3，用下载的github指令面板运行，把新建项目生成的git地址，在本地克隆
进入文件夹，设置个人信息，把 你要上传的文件放到文件夹里面
git add * 等等
把文件推到远程仓库
找到文件创建gh-pages分支
在setting中查看访问地址
ok了
