先说一下题目，ArcMap中没有由栅格直接生成等值面的功能，但由栅格直接生成等值线的功能存在，可通过如下方式得到等值面：

1.提取等值线

由dem直接提取等值线：Spatial Analyst Tools—— Surface——Contour，可由dem得到等值线；

2.得到等值面

a.用准备好的区域的边界去剪切此等高线层，生成contour_clip.shp；

b.用Data Management Tools——Features——Feature to point 工具 生成contour_Clip_FeatureToPoint.shp(为生成等值面做准备）；
c.用Data Management Tools——Features——Feature to polygon工具，选择区域图层和contour_clip.shp ，lable layer 选contour_Clip_FeatureToPoint.shp 生成等值面，注意如果区域图层和contour_clip.shp 没有相交，要用buffer工具向内（-0.005）生成新的区域，然后在用feature to polygon工具；
