使用Dell EMC SupportAssist Enterprise 来检查DELL服务器硬件故障

DELL的官方解释是：SupportAssist Enterprise应用程序可自动为戴尔服务器、存储、网络和机箱设备提供技术支持。SupportAssist Enterprise可监控您的戴尔设备，并主动检测可能发生的硬件问题。检测到硬件问题时，SupportAssist Enterprise会通过戴尔技术支持自动打开支持案例并向您发送电子邮件通知。SupportAssist Enterprise将自动收集对问题进行故障诊断所需的数据并安全地发送给戴尔技术支持。收集的数据可帮助戴尔技术支持为您提供增强的高效个性化支持体验。

现在谈一下安装和简单使用 FOR LINUX

1. 下载工具
   官方下载地址

补充一句：请仔细阅读官方的兼容的系统（机器型号）和受支持的操作系统 我给的地址FOR LINUX
如RH5不支持

2. 安装
   文件supportassistenterprise_1.0.0.49.bin 放置到/tmp目录（当然也可以在其他目录，个人习惯）
   给文件赋予744权限
   然后执行./supportassistenterprise_1.x.x.bin

屏幕上将显示“Welcome to the Dell SupportAssist Enterprise Installer”（欢迎访问Dell SupportAssist Enterprise安装程序）消息。
这个是按c键继续，q键退出
紧接着屏幕上将显示“SupportAssist Enterprise License Agreement”（SupportAssist Enterprise许可证协议）。
一大堆英文，然后结尾是

How do I uninstall the application?
If at any time you choose to remove the SupportAssist application and stop sending in
formation to Dell, uninstall SupportAssist:
On Windows, open the “Uninstall or change a program” window, select "SupportAssist", 
click the "Change‘ button, and follow the instructions on the screen.
On Linux, open the terminal window and run /opt/dell/supportassist/bin/uninstall.
You may also contact Dell Technical Support for assistance.

3.览器访问登录
使用浏览器输入
https://ip:5700/SupportAssist 会打开如下界面

注：SupportAssist后面是resx/login.jsp不用输入
这个时候输入操作系统的管理员账号和密码即可登录

4、登陆后可以查看已安装服务的设备

这里我涂抹的IP就是本机IP，我没有安装SNMP和OMSA

可以通过添加或导入多个设备

5、查看设备硬件情况
勾选设备后即可看见设备的概述，包括型号、SN、操作系统版本

点击添加设备旁边的开始收集，稍等片刻即可完成数据收集（），并在收集选项卡看到收集到的数据

从结果上看，这台机器硬件有了问题，很直观，左边有红叉的就代表故障，明显指向了系统-风扇
看详情系统风扇坏了1组半，确实够危险的。应该及时更换了。

从结构化日志上来看，有252的严重错误和2个警告

然后我们可以看到详细的硬件日志，展示部分
