fusionchart 仪表盘组件的使用，采用的是读取xml的方式生成仪表盘，如下

manageResize="1"  :chart组件支持缩放

 scaleText=‘1‘ ：字体支持缩放

 scaleImage=‘1‘ ：图片支持缩放

注意的是，测试得出，要缩放刻度值文本大小，需要annotations 和文本组件同时设置scaleText=‘1‘
