英语发音，有两种， 美式和英式。 两者最表面的区别， 卷舌的程度。 但不是唯一区别， 美式发音要求口腔肌肉拉伸 ，英式发音要求口腔肌肉收缩。 中文的发音口腔肌肉相对松弛。 所以想学美式发音，需要锻炼口腔肌肉的拉伸。 可以多做元音的发音练习。
- 节奏概述
中文的发音节奏是以字或者词为单位的， 一般一个字或一个词一拍的节奏处理方式比较普遍。
美式英语的发音节奏影响因素就很多了， 音素的长度， 重音，连读， 弱读， 停顿等等。
例如：
中式： He comes back to find that the plant he used to work at got exported to the conutry he just got back from.
美式： He comes ‘back to find that the ‘plant he used to ,work at got ex‘ported to the ‘country he just got ‘back from.
如果是中文节奏，读起来怎样， 如果是美式节奏来阅读会是怎样。需要注意的是， 试图通过用中式发音增加语速是解决不了节奏上的问题。
- 语音的能量守恒定律
假如分配给一段话的时间和重量是固定的， 那如果这个句子中某个单词读的长了或重了， 一定需要它旁边的某一个或一些单词来让出一定的长度和重量，发的短一些轻一些。如果是一个多音节的单词也是这个道理。
可以用打手拍来练习发音的节奏。强拍一般落在实词上（名词，动词， 形容词， 副词， 数词， 量词， 代词）。弱拍落到非重音音节或者虚词上（冠词， 连词， 介词， 感叹词）。
