安装pip3遇到：E: Unmet dependencies. Try ‘apt-get -f install‘ with no packages (or specify a solution).

具体如下：

尝试了：sudo apt-get -f install 不行，最后试了一下，发现安装所有软件都会出现这个问题。

解决方法：sudo apt-get --fix-broken install
安装之后就可以安装其他软件了。
