为啥做 GitLab 客户端 ??

现在很多同学公司应该都是用 GitLab 来做代码管理的，如果手机上有客户端能方便的合下 MR, 写个评论，给个 Approve 应该体验会好点。当然目前已经有一个 LabCat，但是其只支持 Android 平台，且没有 合MR, Approve 等功能。

使用到的库和 SDK 要求

• Android Minimum SDK 16, IOS Minimun 9.0
• Flutter
• shared_preferences
• pull_to_refresh
• xml
• url_launcher
