在做Sharepoint项目是经常会碰到feature无法激活的情况，feature中放着各种重要的要发布到站点上的东西，不激活就算可以运行也是隐患。从前的问题都没有记录，现在后悔已经来不及，从现在开始各种激活时遇到的困难都记录在这里，以便后面出现同样的错误浪费不必要的时间。
1.SharePoint:The current user has insufficient permissions to perform this operation
解决：打开meatadate服务，选择根Group，在Term Store Administrators一栏添加自己的登录名作为管理员。
