需要注意的地方

mysql-connector 包版本过高需要用这种的driver和url  和以前的不同

<property name="url" value="jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/mybatis?characterEncoding=utf8&amp;useSSL=false&amp;serverTimezone=UTC&amp;rewriteBatchedStatements=true "/>
