The only supported ciphers are AES-128-CBC and AES-256-CBC
在项目中，删除了 .env的APP_KEY的值，再运行 php artisan key:generate 生成APP_KEY的值,访问 依然是上面的错误信息
在上面的链接中，我尝试在项目根目录中运行 php artisan config:clear之后就修复以上的问题
如果需要再次将配置缓存起来，可以运行php artisan config:cache
