rabbitmq guest用户远程登录

rabbitmq 从3.3开始禁止非localhost登录，官网查询可通过配置rabbitmq.config / rabbitmq.cof 来允许远程登录

但是没有找到这个配置文件，官网指导说手动创建这个文件，但是不知道如何通过环境变量指向这个配置文件

官网提示：To override the main RabbitMQ config file location, use the RABBITMQ_CONFIG_FILE environment variable. Use .conf as file extension for the new style config format.

百度后发现可以修改rabbit.app中的配置，可行
