平时各种时间标准简写绕得不明不白，查一下整理在这里。

• IAT: International Atomic Time, 原子时。又称国际原子时，是一种通过原子钟得到的时间标准，原子钟是世界上已知最准确的时间测量和频率标准，原子钟在 37 亿年的误差不超过 1 秒。

• UT: Universal Time, 世界时

Universal Time (UT) is a time standard based on Earth‘s rotation. There are several versions of Universal Time, which differ by up to a few seconds. The most commonly used are Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and UT1 (see § Versions). All of these versions of UT, except for UTC, are based on Earth‘s rotation relative to distant celestial objects (stars and quasars), but with a scaling factor and other adjustments to make them closer to solar time. UTC is based on International Atomic Time, with leap seconds added to keep it within 0.9 second of UT1. ----wikipedia

世界时（UT）是基于地球自转时间标准。有几个版本的世界时，它最多相差几秒钟。最常用的是协调世界时（UTC）和UT1。除UTC以外，所有这些UT版本均基于地球相对于遥远天体的自转（恒星和类星体），但具有比例因子和其他调整以使其更接近太阳时。UTC是基于国际原子时间，加上闰秒与UT1保持0.9秒内的误差。

• UTC: Coordinated Universal Time, 协调世界时，协调世界时是以原子时秒长为基础，在时刻上尽量接近于世界时的一种时间计量系统。这套时间系统被应用于许多互联网和万维网的标准中，例如，网络时间协议就是协调世界时在互联网中使用的一种方式。

• GMT: Greenwich Mean Time, 格林尼治标准时间。以地球自转为基础的时间计量系统。

在不涉及较高时间精度的情况下，可以认为 UT ≈ UTC ≈ GMT

• CST: 有四个时区都用此缩写
  • Central Standard Time (USA) UTC-06:00
  • Central Standard Time (Australia) UTC+09:30
  • China Standard Time UTC+08:00 北京时间
  • Cuba Standard Time UTC-04:00

总结：CST（北京时间）、UTC/GMT+08:00（东八区） 都可以表示北京时间。但是使用CST可能会面临解析出的时间不一致的问题。
