原因目前可能有如下：

1.程序已经在运行，进入任务管理器结束nh_03testCallPy.exe这个程序即可。（绝大多数网友遇到的问题）

2.360正在杀毒，进入沙箱模式，杀完毒或者结束360即可。（额，我查阅了半天资料都如原因1，后来才发现360在杀毒）
