尺寸变化上，scale 是等比例变化，dcw可以单个方向缩小。
速度可以通过Change pll达到。
常见的曝光窗口或对焦窗口公式是：winWidth+2*left=sensor width..//里面拆分的window width计算
再小的曝光时间都是1/30秒，满足能量守恒。更小的有其他机制保证。
