- 在RealignParameters文件夹下,会生成一个csv文件,报告每个被试的mean FD(Power)。这个值可以做为组分析的协变量。另外,在每个被试的文件夹下,也会有FD_Power_XXX.txt报告各个时间点的FD(Power)值。
- 0.5是Power 2012a使用的阈值,在2012b中建议了0.2mm。在csv中,会报告按0.2去除的时间点数和百分比。
- Mean FD 也在.csv中。这段话中的SD是指across subject的标准差。
- FD power倾向于过份估计头动程度。另外,由于不同软件在做头动校正的时候,对于转动中心的假设不一样(SPM取决于头文件中定义的origin位置),因此FD power也受比较大的影响。DPARSF也输出
FD_Jenkinson (Jenkinson 2002文章提到的relative RMS)
,这种估计会补偿对转动中心的假设,应该更好一些。
