在CentOS 7.6 操作系统的机器上安装 MySQL 过程中，执行安装命令报错。

安装 numactl，命令如下：
yum -y install numactl
如果是 Ubuntu 操作系统，执行如下命令安装 numactl
sudo apt-get install numactl
