不要随便升级anaconda的pip，坑死了
重装pip过程：

1、先到 pypi 官网下载 setuptools，解压
2、用cmder或cmd切到解压后的目录，执行命令
python setup.py install3 用easy_install 安装
easy_install.exe pip
anaconda Script file \Scripts\pip-script.py is not present
