关掉 TensorFlow 的调试信息

TensorFlow 每次运行的时候都会弹出类似下面的调度信息

如果不想要这些调度信息，可以设置不同等级的TF_CPP_MIN_LOG_LEVEL：

  Level | Level for Humans | Level Description                  
 -------|------------------|------------------------------------ 
  0     | DEBUG            | [Default] Print all messages       
  1     | INFO             | Filter out INFO messages           
  2     | WARNING          | Filter out INFO & WARNING messages 
  3     | ERROR            | Filter out all messages      

将TF_CPP_MIN_LOG_LEVEL设置为3：
