方于涛是一位工作经验长达10年的资深软件开发程序员，这对他来说是个好消息。
方于涛在北京的一家创业公司工作，他和他的同事们正在为某些产品开发二维码，使客户能够扫描和验证产品的真实性。
北京智新物码信息技术有限公司的方于涛：“这些标签是圈外人给我们起的。作为一名程序员，我完全沉浸在我自己的世界里，只有电脑和我。在编程中解决各种问题能给我带来一种成就感。”
方于涛今年就要步入35岁了，35岁被广泛视为中国程序员的一个分水岭。他正处于分岔路口：继续编程还是进入管理层。
方于涛：“对我来说，我并不想停下追求编程领域前沿技术的脚步，我还想在这个职业上深挖下去，并且我今后还想与别人分享我的编程技巧。”
另一方面，李静枫选择了一条不同的职业道路，从原先作为一名在美国工作的程序员，到现在在中国的一个线上招聘平台做管理工作。
王美珍：“你认为中国程序员跟西方程序员的主要不同是什么？”
zhaopin.com网站最新的报道展示了互联网和电子商务在所有行业中是最需要人才的。但是，中国程序员能够满足行业需求吗？
zhaopin.com的首席技术官李静枫：“所有公司都说他们缺少这样的人才，但对于初级程序员来说，我们可能足够了。所以关键在于如何让这些初级程序员转变成有资质的程序员。”
回到方于涛的办公室，年轻的有智慧的程序员们正迎头追赶。
北京智新物码信息技术有限公司的杨晓燕：“一旦你选择成为一名程序员，你必须不断学习，最简单的方式就是去寻找最新的网络资源。”
这些程序员们至少有一个共识：只要你坚持学习，你就不会轻易被市场抛弃。

The latest report by Zhaopin.com shows the demand for Internet and E-commerce talent ranks number 1 among all industries. But, can Chinese programmers meet the demand?
