1.提示“python找不到或者环境不对”
npm config set python C:\Python27\python.exe
2.执行npm rebuild node-sass 重构一下
3.再重新执行npm install就OK啦
4.输入： npm install @ionic/app-scripts@latest --save-dev ，安装ionic 环境
