这个问题是在搭建android智能穿戴设备android ware，安装E:\eclipse\adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-20140702\sdk\extras\intel\Hardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager\intelhaxm.exe时出现的异常
它的意思是：首先，这台电脑是满足要求的，但是呢，intel Virtualization 的 Technology (VT-x) 没有运行，你需要去开启它。
