解决方法：
sudo
apt-get install libv4l-dev
cd
/usr/include/linux
sudo
ln -s ../libv4l1-videodev.h videodev.h
原因：3.13.0 移除了对 v4l1 的支持，据我所知，2.6.38 已经移除了对 v4l1 的支持。
