1(X)HTML中doctype有两个重要用途
1.1提醒用户代理(user agent)和验证程序该使用什么样的DTD。这个动作时被动发生的，浏览器不是每次装在页面的时候都要打开和下载DTD以检验文档标记是否合法，只有当你手动载入页面的时候它才会执行这个动作。
1.2提醒浏览器按标准模式(standard mode),而不是怪异模式(quirks mode)来渲染文档。
