An application should check the value of the handle returned by CreateFile before attempting to use the handle to access the file. If an error occurs, the handle value will be INVALID_HANDLE_VALUE and the application can use the GetLastError function to get extended error information.

当前程序在用createfile函数访问文件前必须先检查函数句柄返回值，如果函数有错误发生，句柄值为INVALID_HANDLE_VALUE，这时程序可使用GetLastError函数获取更多的错误信息。
