近日，网上一则关于女子变卖北京一套房产，利用套现资金在休斯顿购入6套房子的新闻引起轩然大波。中国投资人在感叹国内房价太高的同时，纷纷萌生了海外置业抄底买房的念头。
【新闻回顾】
去年，土生土长的北京人李女士卖掉了她唯一的一套房子，这套位于朝阳区双井的两居室老楼民宅为她筹得了300多万人民币。利用这笔钱，她在休斯顿成功入手六套房产。李女士算了一笔账：一套休斯顿的房子每个月出租可收益400多美金，用6套房子的租金可以把原先北京的房子再租回来，除去这部分开支，每月还能赚将近1万元，每年最多可收益10多万元。
国内楼市居高不下 中产阶级投资只能活活被逼死？
近年来，国内楼市始终处于高位，以北京、上海这些一线城市为例，市中心房产每平方米的均价一直维持在4万左右，老百姓纷纷表示如今收紧裤腰带也难在市中心买到一套房。基于这种现状，不少投资人转换思路，选择海外置业移民，一时激起海外淘房的热潮。据美国全国房地产经纪人协会7月8日发布的报告显示，在截止3月的一年内，中国人豪掷220亿美元在美国买房，同比增长72%，占外国人购房总额24%。值得一提的是，国人海外购房浪潮正在由原先的“富人阶级”向“中产阶级”蔓延，小额海外置业投资逐步升温。对此，多年专注海外投资移民的外联出国移民专家表示，国内房产价格虚高、海外投资型房产单价相对较低及海外投资意识日趋加强都是近期国人海外买房数量猛增的一大诱因。
海外置业唯有北美一条路？
由《福布斯生活》携手外联出国顾问集团联合打造的《全球投资移民热点》，作为迄今为止国内首部最全面、最精准的投资移民行业研究性报告指出，受到欧洲债务危机影响，欧洲各国为提振经济推出了各种优惠政策，中国人的海外置业投资已经进入了“欧洲时代”。
欧洲经济前些年一直处于低谷，不断有宽松的移民政策被推出，以葡萄牙、西班牙为例，纷纷推出“买房送移民”为主架构的移民项目。西班牙的房地产市场目前已跌至底部，相当于2009年的美国房地产市场水平。外联出国专家分析，欧洲经济如今已有回暖趋势，经济的复苏在为新侨民带来更优质生活及更丰厚福利的同时，房产市场也会出现反弹，投资者购置的房产也会得到一定的升值。然而，经济的复苏也可能导致移民政策的收紧，因此有意向置业移民欧洲的投资者需把握住投资良机。
此外，随着国内pm2.5的持续走高，推动了海外移民意愿度不断提升，诸如西班牙、葡萄牙这类海岸港口城市，以其相对较低的移民登陆门槛和优质环境俘获了追求品质生活的享受型投资人。
