IBM Rational System Architect version 11.4.0.3 is a full product download. You must uninstall previous versions of Rational System Architect on a machine in which you will install Rational System Architect 11.4.0.3.

The IBM Rational System Architect 11.4.0.3 installer and the optional installers are available on Fix Central.

1. Go to Fix Central: http://www-933.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/
2. Click the Product Group field and select Rational.
3. For Product, select IBM Rational System Architect.
4. For Installed Version , select 11.4.0.3.
5. For Platform, select Windows.
6. Click Continue twice.
7. Select fix pack: 11.4-fp3-Rational-SA11_4fp3Windows.
8. Click Continue.
9. Select Download using your browser (HTTP).
10. Click Continue.
11. Click on the ratlSysArch_11-4-0-3.exe link to run or save the executable file.
