html5proxy_base_url -- proxy（spicehtml5proxy）节点的IP

server_proxyclient_address -- openstack-nova-spicehtml5proxy服务所运行在的主机的IP

chkconfig openstack-nova-spicehtml5proxy on
chkconfig openstack-nova-novncproxy off

openstack-service restart

/etc/init.d/openstack-nova-compute restart

重启nova相关服务，重启openstack-nova-spicehtml5proxy服务，重启httpd服务,重启libvirtd，是在不行就重启机器。
