1，mount虚拟cdrom

      # mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom

2, ls一下，看有没有

     # cd /mnt/cdrom

    # ls –l

3,copy 文件到/tmp目录：

4，到/tmp目录，解压，安装：

   #   tar zxvf VMwareTools-9.6.2-1688356.tar.gz     

   # cd vmware-tools-distrib/

# ./vmware-install.pl    一路回车

5，安装更新

  # cd..

  # sh run_upgrader.sh

OK.

PS：在字符界面，vmtools是不起作用的
