原因
cd 到qc-amend目录，使用ls -l 可以看到qc/目录的权限：

可以看到该目录只对root用户有写的权限，只需执行sudo chmod 777 qc/ 即可。
错误：fatal: could not create work tree dir 'abc'.: Permission denied
