使用Application Loader 向苹果 appstore提交新版本的ios app时报错，接受到的错误信息如下
ITC.apps.validation.prerelease_build_missing
报错后无法正常提交,我在向 itunes connect 提交的时候就不会出现该问题，这个bug应该是在最新的版本中才出现的。
