树状数组的题。。。。。。
题意就是一个星星的等级是所有不在它上面的右边的星星的和。。。。。。。
首先题里给的顺序是一定的。。。。。题里给的按照Y排序了，，，所以只要排x就好，，
如果一个星星的坐标给出，，，他的等级就一定是前面的星星x比他小的个数的和，，，也就是树状数组【0，x】的和。。
注意这题问的是每个等级的星星有多少个！！不是每颗星星的等级。。。。
